EquiCap Commercial’s Jesse Luke and Scott Rihm announced three closings in Wisconsin that bring its transactional volume of more than $250 million in that state in the last four years:

  • EquiCap arranged for the sale of the Lok Safe Portfolio in Green Bay, WI. It has 11 properties with a total of 475,141 NRSF.

  • The company closed ClearHome Self Storage at 1700 W. Rogers Drive in New Berlin, WI. The climate-controlled property has 57,000 NRSF.

  • Also, EquiCap closed NEW Self Storage at 2545 Velp Ave. in the town of Howard in Green Bay, WI. It features 18 buildings with a total of 823 units (with 53 indoor temperature-controlled units and 770 outdoor units) for a total of 150,852 NRST, plus 91 parking spots. The property sits on 11.7 acres.
